WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE FOR PRINTS? I am pleased to ship prints internationally and nationally. Prints are shipped by standard post through An Post , and at checkout, you can choose an untracked postal service, or a tracked postal service. Shipping costs are added to your cart total on the Checkout page.

WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE FOR ORIGINALS? As most standard postal carriers do not carry or insure original artworks, I ship these by courier (Registered Post from An Post via DHL) and I am happy to cover this cost. Original artworks are therefore tracked and insured, with your signature required upon delivery.

I HAVE A PROBLEM USING WITH THIS WEBSITE, CAN YOU HELP? Of course! This website is on the Squarespace platform, so I can quickly get to the bottom of the problem. And if I cannot help you, I‘ll find someone who can 💪

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I PURCHASE? Yes. Under EU law, you have 14 days after you receive my product to request a return or refund. Please send me an email within 14 days of receiving your artwork, and post it back to me (return shipping costs are paid by customer). This is a quibble-free process, but if you want more information, please see the Returns Policy in the page footer.

ARE YOU TAKING COMMISSIONS? By and large, I don’t do commissions. However, if you enjoy my Outsider or Brut style of art, do contact me to discuss your special request. Decisions made on an individual basis, and depends upon your needs and my workload.

WILL PRINTS BE SIGNED?  Yes, all prints are signed, whether everyday ‘open edition’ or limited edition.

WILL PRINTS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY? Yes and no. Yes if it’s a Limited Edition print (these will be numbered, signed, and have a certificate of authenticity). No if it’s an everyday ‘open edition’ print (these come signed only)

AFTER PAYMENT, WHY DOES IT TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS FOR MY PRINT TO BE SHIPPED? Each print is ordered with my print partner as per your request; I do not hold a stock of prints in my studio/office. Two weeks is the lead time required by my print partner. My original artworks leave here within 2 working days, and the courier will deliver to you within 48-72 hours after that.

IS YOUR BUSINESS ECO-FRIENDLY OR SUSTAINABLE? I buy professional art supplies that are second-hand wherever possible, and if not, I buy from art suppliers here in Ireland. I save bubble wrap, glassine, mailing envelopes, and cardboard boxes, and reuse them for my customers - thank you for understanding. When I can’t get packaging that is used/second-hand, I buy from independent local businesses. I am proud to buy local and support Irish jobs wherever possible 🇮🇪🌍🌲

DO I HAVE TO FRAME MY ARTWORK? Framing is recommended to protect the piece from dust, moisture, and damage, but you don’t have to. I sell my Outsider art mounted so that you can buy a frame that suits your taste, budget, and wallspace.

CAN I BUY MY ARTWORK FRAMED? Yes you can. When you choose the size of your print, select a framing option there. I offer a frame that is ‘Safe-for-shipping’ for A3 and A4 prints. This lightweight perspex-glazed frame delivers a spotlessly clear view of your print, is ready to hang, and arrives safely to your address. I ship A2 prints unframed, rolled in a wide tube, so that you save shipping costs and get your print framed locally. This mean that you save on shipping costs are as tiny as possible and that you are buying from a business that is more environmentally sustainable. However, if you prefer a traditional glass-glazed frame, no matter what the size of print, drop me a line for a no-obligation quote 🤩

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Shipping costs (standard post) for prints are calculated at checkout, and depend on where you are in the world. Shipping costs (courier) for originals are free with my compliments 😊

IF I BUY MULTIPLE PRINT ITEMS, WILL I PAY MULTIPLE SHIPPING COSTS? No. I have structured my shipping costs to provide you with the best value possible - if you purchase one print here, or many prints, there is only one price for shipping 🙏

IF I BUY AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK (FREE SHIPPING) AND ONE OR MORE PRINT ARTWORKS (SHIPPING FEE APPLIES), WILL I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING? No. If you purchase an original artwork plus one or more print artworks, I carefully pack all items together making your shipping completely complimentary! Zero, nothing, nada 😊
